Shipping policy

All ebooks and audiobooks are delivered by email within minutes through Bookfunnel. Please check your spam folder if you have not received a link within 10 minutes of purchase. If you have any issues getting your download, please contact the wonderful Bookfunnel customer services team at help@bookfunnel.com.

All books are printed "on demand", through our printers, based in the USA and UK.

It can take up to 2-4 business days for the printing of your book(s) to take place, and all books should be delivered to you in 5-10 business days (excluding bank holidays) after printing.

You should receive your books within 7-14 working days of placing your order.

You will receive an email once your books have been printed and are on their way to you.

Our printers will always try to send multiple books in the same package wherever possible.
